Overall loved the analysis (especially for that shield pressure in game 3 kreygasm), but for the last edgeguard that M2K missed, I'm not sure why Mango was saying he couldn't have covered everything, maybe I'm missing something? I just don't know why M2K jumped, like is he gonna jump out all that way and gimp the up+b? I'm guessing that in the heat of the moment it wasn't clear that Mango was that far away from the stage and M2K tried to cover a high side+b, but the usual M2K edgeguard would have been: -walk to ledge and cover high side-b by standing next to ledge and jabbing if he side-bs -crouch and d-tilt if he falls past on-stage side-b height to cover side-b -react to up+b recovery, seeing how far away it is and getting the edgeguard (it looks to me like he's too far away from the stage to get back on so he could just get-up attack) Obviously much easier said than done, but it's the kinda edgeguard M2K would hit usually so I was kinda surprised. In the end though Mango dealt with the situation better than M2K and won the tournament because of it so ggs. That nair edgeguard dodge was sick though, even though nair is maybe not the best option there it's still legit and it's not like he expected that to happen lol

Mango's Paragon was such a Armada-style tournament win. Just a stroll right into Winners Final and beating the same Top 6 player twice for the tournament. So rare for Mango compared to the number of times he'll lose early and have to make a Mango losers bracket run to win.

shield comes out on the first frame but it takes 1 frame before the bubble can actually protect you but powershielding has nothing to do with your shield bubble. for the first 4 frames after pressing the trigger your character has a reflector bubble around them like shine does (invisible in a game but shows as a green bubble when hitboxes are turned on). If a projectile hits your shield on frame 1 or 2 after the trigger begins being pressed AND you have clicked the trigger by the time that happens, you will reflect the projectile. Regardless of weather the trigger has been clicked or not, the projectile will deflect on frames 3 and 4 If the trigger hasn't been clicked it will still powershield, eliminating shield stun, but instead of reflecting the projectile it will instead deflect in a different direction for all 4 frames. tldr; shut up, that is what happened powershield has nothing to do with the shield bubble itself

+Lycanthrope Your wave dash problem with falco is due to his longer jump squat(time before the jump occurs), which means he leaves the ground later than the other characters, so you have to hit L/R later(i believe Falco is 5 frames, Marth/sheik is 4? fox is 3), and the Short hop problem with fox is due to the shorter jump squat, which means you have to release the jump button much sooner to get a short hop with fox than with other characters, like flaco
