Why would you be jealous of him? Personally it would be a nightmare situation to me and I would immediately find a new job and quit my company to escape it. Of course I wouldn’t have been on the trip in the first place. With my past traumas and social anxiety I am never a participant in any activities outside my required work duties.

Nagisa would be the best choice. She's the best fit personality wise. Just extroverted enough, also quiet enough. She's mature enough to understand his limitations. Initially he may be happier with either of the other two girls, but quiet won't push him, and loud will only bury him.

Nah Nagisa is not the best choice. She’s his boss and can use abuse her power and authority to make Naruse do whatever she wants even if Naruse isn’t content on doing it. And with Naruse having zero confidence and being kind of a pushover he will be wearing the pants in the relationship if he chooses Nagisa. 8:43 is a clear example. She forced him to stay when he didn’t want to. I would have said yes at 8:50. You can tell Naruse was clearly uncomfortable there so Nagisa is clearly not an option

@@flemingbudubiney2936 nahh. By the end, Nagisa is in love with him, and wouldn't jeopardize his feelings for her by doing something as stupid as abusing power. It's totally beneath her to do such. If she really was that kind of girl, she'd be using that on the other two and telling him he has to accept only her feelings, demanding it as his boss, but she didnt. She threw her hat in the ring and left it upto him. My wife tells me to do stuff all the time, I do it because I love her, not because she told me to. There's a difference.

e-z answer: I can't choose any of you. Doesn't the company have a no office romance policy? Ida swore I read that in the employee handbook. I don't know about you three, but I'd rather not lose my job for incompetence AND violating company policy intended to prevent sexual harassment claims. Getting fired for being incompetent will make it hard enough to find a new job. Add violating company policy and putting the company at risk in any law suit would make it for all practical purposes impossible to get a new job. Even if the company doesn't ban office romances, I don't know any of you well enough yet TO choose. IF there is no ban on office romances, how about the three of you get 2 days a week to go on a date or hang out with me, so I can get to know you, and you to know me? As for the 7th day ... I suspect I will need that to catch my breath and rest.

To answer all follow up questions simply roll your eyes shake your head and walk away. If they persist just say I find it’s bad practice to socialize with people from work and I prefer to keep my business and personal lives completely separate. Boom done!

Honestly I don’t think Naruse will be able to handle three girls who are in love with him. Considering how he lacks confidence and all. He says he’s gained some confidence but I don’t see it all. He’s still the weak guy that he is. I would suggest him choosing one but not the boss. Since she’s the boss she can abuse her power and authority to make Naruse do whatever she wants even if Naruse doesn’t like it. The boss is not an option.
