Tbh, I still thinks she should apologize to him. She is still kinda annoying. If you can’t get over your pride & confess, then you don’t deserve whoever you are liking. She took all the time doing that for him to confess but didn’t know she also hurted him. Well I guess the guy’s feeling didn’t matter after all. Even the storyline was carried out like that on the halfway through.

I respect Touya for having guys to cut ties with his tsundere and annoying childhood friend Haruhi. And she really expected Touya not to get angry. But I think he shouldn’t have dated her. She has too much pride and can’t be honest about her feelings. There was a story on Kanon’s Rom Com where Mc told his childhood friend he’s cutting ties with her and she thought he was joking then she realized he was serious. She also made fun of the Mc for not having a gf and was acting tsundere. Then she showed up at the Mc to make amends and apologize. MC didn’t forgive her right away and mad her work to earn his forgiveness but MC was even suspicious that she was forcing herself to change and there was a little twist. The childhood friend was the reason why MC couldn’t get a gf cause she told the girls to stay away from the MC

I'm not saying that jealousy excuses bad behavior, but I am saying that weeks long bad behavior in a relationship that has lasted more than 10 years, if not breaking fundamental trust, can sometimes be excused. And being entirely honest, I can't claim I wouldn't have become a nuisance to someone I liked in my teens if I had been close enough to them at the time to not feel negligible, and from the people I know, I'm among the ones that hold their impulses back the most.

Personally due to past experiences the second I say I will cut ties I mean it since the cut is PERMANENT. Two examples is when one of my ex-friends “patted” me on the back and I almost fell into traffic another I almost lost 1 or more fingers to a bandsaw (there was bloodshed however still have all fingers).

Repect for Touya for actually cutting off Haruhi after she kept making fun of him. But I feel he forgave her too easily and should have held her actions against her for longer before accepting her apology. Her actions were even pointless as she got jealous of Kotone, when Kotone just wanted to be friends with Haruhi. Nice and sweet that Touya and Haruhi are dating, it just happened a bit too fast.
