I like how Mikoto wasn’t the usual tsundere childhood friend we see a lot who treats the MC cold and says mean things to him just to hide their feelings for the Mc and say I said those because I like you. She was honest and straightforward forward with her feelings for Kai and was determined to become his wife. No drama or whatever and that’s what made the story amazing but I’m really surprised. Usually it’s the girl who recognizes the boy from their childhood days but in this one Kai recognized Mikoto. You don’t see that often

This was just so wholesome and adorable! Kaito and Mikoto held into their feelings for 10 years and were so happy to see each other after so long. And even with Kaito's confusion about the engagement papers they're now dating with marriage in mind, and even living together too. No unnecessary conflict, no tsundere being cold because she's shy or something, no third person trying to break up the relationship. Just a wholesome couple in love with one another. And that is truly a sweet and adorable story.

happened to me once, dude got all salty she was into me... worst part was i wasnt into her at the time because..she was more like our groups collective little sister for so long... after he blew up i woke up... one of those times when he came back years later and admitted why he was really mad but also, should have realized that the 2 of them wouldnt work out till she was over the crush she had on me... she told him that i was why she asked him out and it took him close to 9mo to come over and thank me... he was also a bit shocked i genuinely am friends with more then one ex... we were friends before, we didnt break up because either of us did anything bad/wrong/unforgivable, just better as friends then a couple. often them being very Type-A and sleeping far less then i need to if im going to be functional long term... in her case she learned to have her own room and office away from the rest of the family... so she can do her her own thing and let them get enough sleep.. shes happy thought, one of the 2 sons is her in miniture and gets 3-4hrs a night since hitting his teens and is just go go go outside that.... not encouraged to be that way.... just how he is.. the rest are dad when it comes to that part of their makeup... 6hrs min, 8-10 average to be at optimal perf... anyway... i lost that friend and them got him back... he kept trying to get me to punch him... as if that would have done anything more then made my hand hurt... i was never mad at him.. bit hurt he would say some of the shit he said but.. it was all him being emotional.. and i also knew that... and shifted from being upset at all even then, to amused knowing eventually he would get over it... if anything her and him are a great match, he gets overly emotional, and her tomboy arse gos cold and logical at those times... where, situations where she gos full emotional basket case, hes cool and collected... when i told her that he had a crush on her since they met when he joined the friend group she was shocked.."but i was so much younger then" ... "why do you think he kept it to himself but was just super nice to you all the time?" the look on her face..."oh.... shit..." hell at first he didnt even get why he was so attracted to and attached to her... when he realzed it was when he thought we were dating... i mean we did after that but... well, i never expected it to last i knew her personality and, still love her liek the little sister i wish i had... the little half sister i did was horrible... but so is our bio dad so.. yeah... she comes by her dishonesty honestly... the other time was a guy i knew who had a real obcession with his step sister and... when she asked me what to do about it, she didnt like him that way, and found it creepy as hell the way he acted.... i just asked if she wanted to start going out with me, if we were dating, the problem would endup solved one way or the other... he didnt knock the shit off, so i stayed over a few times and caught him being a creepy fucker way worse then she realized.. and his parents actually sent him to live with an uncle for a few years.. his wife thanked me though.. says he still blames me for some rough shit he went threw but had he not been shipped to MO to the ranch, they wouldnt have met and.. well.. she cleared the fixation on his step sister.. the parents had her stay at my place for 3 weeks till they could get him out of the house... knew if his near life long friend would tell them this and show this much worry about his behavior... the should listen and when they did... fucker was stealing her panties, including period panties and sniffing them.... had his pillow case stuffed with used unties of hers and had bought extras so she wouldnt notice what he was doing... i mean... i was fucking creeped the f-out .... we dated for a couple years till she got hired someplace for a job that got her stuck in guam for a few years. and i couldnt go with her... not that it was likely to work out long term but... wish i could have gone... could have saved me alot of troubles here...
