After the way Mai acted at the beginning of the story, the Yuma's coworker seemed like a better match for him. After all, the coworker seemed more considerate of his feelings and wasn't as bossy. But after learning Mai's backstory, and seeing her crying because she missed him and was lonely, I felt a little sorry for her. If only she wasn't so bossy and could be honest with him about her feelings, I thought. I'm glad it worked out, though. And it seemed Mai turned over a new leaf, dropping her bossiness for sweetness now that she knew he really would be hers forever. ❤

Mai definitely was being a bit controlling here of Yuma a tad bit, but this way feels different. I mean, a a bit over the edge when seeing the coworker and immediately thought that she was going to date him, and a bit rude to a stranger which shows that unlike-able trait. But you could genuinely see that she loved him, and would be happy to start a life with him. But she also was probably going to try to make Yuma cut ties with that coworker so yeah. Love this Relationship, but the first step is to solve all the past problems. Hopefully they resolve these issues further into their marriage. Great story overall

This was a good story. I personally dont mind the female mc. She wasnt mean to him she just persuaded him to do stuff. He always did what he wanted even though he could of resisted if he wanted. We know so because she didnt like him leaving her for a year he stood his ground and she compromise. It is also strange how people want to jump on the fmc for her rude outburst, which no telling how they would of acted if the roles was reverse, God forbid let them experience what she went through with that interaction. only criticism i have is the lines being said by the mc when it is meant to be said by tthe fmc (which may be confusing to some) BUT remember to the women here, never take action on things you haven't confirmed. Your misinterpretation on how the man you love is going about women around her is not his problem to solve. It is yours. your mistake WILL cost you the man that you want to walk away. AND they can also choose not to pursue you KNOWING that you took action on the misunderstanding you didn't clear up yourself. tbh i wouldn't marry the fmc solely for that misunderstanding. if her feelings is THAT fleeting that she even attempted to go out on a matchmaking party, then it would simply end up in divorce like what happened to her parents.
