Thus was a really wholesome and heartwarming story. I'm glad that Yuichiro and Asahi could reunite since school and eventually becoming a married couple. And I'm glad Shizuku was able to help Yuichiro get back together with Asahi, even though she had feelings for him as well. I hope she finds love on her own, she deserves it for being so helpful to them. And that ending was super beautiful, from Asahi's tears of joy to her on their wedding day in her wedding dress. The whole ending was just perfect.

I don't think she was really all that drunk when she got him to sign the marriage certificate. And if he'd passed out from being too drunk and not been able to use his seal, what do you want to bet that she would have used his seal herself? When she "threatened" to go in for a kiss to wake him up, I was reminded of a page in the "Fly Me to the Moon" manga (Kawaii): The MC has just woken up and is still sitting in his futon. His young newlywed bride gives him a nice kiss that leaves him blushing and thinking, "I'll never get used to this." When they went back to re-bury the time capsule, it was a little depressing for me. The hill in the manga is still the same as when they were kids. That was nice. But several years ago, I visited the town my family used to live in. The places I played in - the forests, fields, and lakeside - had been developed into subdivisions, strip malls, and gas stations/convenience stores. Sigh. I feel a little sorry for his kohai, Todoroki. She kind of got sideswiped by the FMC, didn't she? You need to do a Part 2 that shows she finds love and happiness of her own after kind of getting dumped by the MC.

People are such cruel beings sometimes due to those jerks those 2 drifted apart and I may not have a childhood friend but I did have a friend that I had a crush on but now I moved a long way away from her, never saw her again. We were really close almost as childhood friends. Man this brought those memories back. I am going to fix this story. Here is the aftermath of the story. I go back in time and make Asahi, Shizuku, and Yuichiro all always stay together in their lives, as well as also be the same age in their lives. I make Shizuku have long hair as well. I make them stay on the straight and narrow, and both ladies confess their love to Yuichiro. Neither lady moves away from Yuichiro, and all of their school friends stay with them, as they are all of the schools, and they never leave their lives. Asahi and Shizuku promise to be Yuichiro's wives and they never deviate from that path. They, and their friends, grow up, attend all of the same schools together, graduate, get a mass wedding in Burkina Faso one week after their university graduation, then get a business started, and Asahi and Shizuku both love Yuichiro.
