LOL.. she was a bit upset after that.. im still friends with mom and sis..sis married a buddy of mine, who finds this story "bloody riotous", knowing all involved... that dude.. became a friend.. "i would feel bad for you, but, you dont look that upset" he dated her till he let her dump him for one of his cousins, who.. gave her herpes.. then ended up dating one of our friends who... he pulled back out of her shell after a very f-ed up relationship.. when they started to compare past relationships.. it went from genuinely real world f-ed up sit they had lived.. to exaggerated to silly degrees.. from both.. to her hugging him and thanking him... we had spent months trying to get her out of her own head... and none of us thought to compare our f-ed up lives and get silly about it.. from then on.. the 2 were in constant contact.. he asked us about her, she asked about him... we told them they both asked about eachother and... should just start dating already... for her, he wasnt going to do any of the f-ed up shit her ex did... and for him... she wasnt going to cheat or do any of the twisted crap his ex's had... i think though, for her, the 'this is my husband now' night was... when her ex showed up drunk... tried to drag her out of the house and... ended up with a dislocated shoulder... even on the 720p video from the security cam, you could see the "oh i f-ed up" moment on his face when my buddy walked out and grabbed him.. the rest is a blur on video ending with the ex on the ground with a foot in his bad and hisarm at a very un-natural angle.. not only did he stand up for her, he kicked the abusive pricks arse.. that ex ended up headed to prison for what he did to a teen girl he tricked into running away from home to live with him.. and his ex testified against him..

Him gettin back together with her was a mistake and as far as the “little misunderstanding” she should’ve got more clarification on what happened instead of assuming. Back in High-school, The trio been dreaming about making Manga and Anime together and that dream is about to come true after careful planning, mutual agreement and time, the trio made a fool proof anime called "Soldier out of time", an anime about a modern-day soldier being sent to another world to be a knight. The trio presented to "Anime Coliseum", a top-teir Manga/Anime company. After presenting the idea, the board of the company said they'll call when they made a decision. The Board then gave the trio a business card, Kai said he'll hang on to the card. Later that night, The trio said their goodbye and head home. A week later with no response from The Board, Ken went out jogging and during his jog, Ken was shocked when he saw a billboard with what look like his anime idea but it was alter called "Warrior through time". Ken booked a taxi to the company and he saw Kai with Noi shaking hands with the leading board. Ken approached to Kai and asked "What's going on here"? Kai explained that their anime idea has been approved but Ken said that's not their anime and it's different. Kai explained that he copied Ken's Idea, made differences in so the people would enjoy it more and said the idea was approved a day after. Ken, who was looking at Noi now, asked why didn't tell him. Noi, who had an uneasy look on her face, said "it was because....", Kai interrupted and said Ken was out since his ideas seem ridiculous to Noi and him. Kai said it was his version of the story that got them approved and even got a replacement writer from the board. Ken left the building stunned with the thought of not realizing how his ex and best friend thought of him as he went home. 3 days past, Ken was in his apartment surfing the internet. Then, a knock was on his door, Ken answered it to find it was Yuri, a 21 year old woman who known Ken longer than Kai and Noi. Yuri wanted to check on Ken after she heard what happened. Ken appreciated her concern but he was over it. Ken told Yuri that he was hurt but he was glad to know how his "friends" truly felt about him. Yuri was relieved and thought of the worst. Yuri then asked Ken what he's been doing since he cut himself off from everyone. And Ken showed Yuri his computer that had a UTube(Parody of KZbin) channel he started back in High-school but completely forgot about. Ken told Yuri he's gonna start a Manga channel instead. But the problem was he didn't had an artist to draw his stories then say she could help since her parents put her in Art School from childhood. Ken was on board with the idea and thanked Yuri for being a friend. Then Yuri blushed and asked if they could work together as not "friends" but something more. 5 years later after starting the channel, finding programmers, voice actors, getting subscribers, selling merchandise, winning subscribers rewards, making other related channels and moving the work to an office, Ken and his loyal team was offered a job to "Anime Palace", a 2nd teir Anime/Manga who's a rival to "Anime Coliseum, by the CEO. Ken agreed with condition that his team still work together and the CEO agreed to the term. Later the gang celebrated at a All-You-Can-Eat Sushi restaurant. As they were celebrating, Kai and Noi entered and wanted to speak with Ken about an offer. Kai and Noi wanted Ken to work with them at Anime Coliseum, with the promise of good pay and better treatment. Just when Ken was gonna answer, Yuri(who was Ken's wife now)said Ken won't be joining, not after they dropped him, stole his idea and abandoned him. Kai and Noi was angered towards Yuri for her outburst and then another member of Ken's team suggested that they only want him back because they're falling apart without him. As it turned out, Anime Coliseum went down hill after "Warrior through Time" end after a 4 year plot. Kai was board member after previous member retired and tried make good anime but he had no sense of imagination and tried making parodies of successful anime but failed. Fans lost interest in the shows and merchandise and start watching Ken's channels. Ken finally stood up and said with a smile "It's your problem, deal with it". And went back celebrating with his new friends. Later Noi and Kai was fired due to copyright issues and losing 30% of Anime Coliseum's funds due to bad writing.

This story reminded me of the one they made not too long ago where the FMC broke up with the Mc during HS and years later they reunited at the same company and one day the FMC decided to confront the Mc about how he doesn’t care about their breakup and decides to show the Mc a pic of him which looked like he was kissing another girl and the Mc revealed that was not him and when the FMC looked closely at the pic she realized he was right and the Mc told her someone had faked that photo to get them to break up. She gets mad at the Mc for not telling her sooner and the Mc just says “Why would I” She wouldn’t even listen if he tried to tell her the truth. He kinda scolds her and walks away and the FMC realizes what an idiot she was believing a random pic her friend sent her over her bf. The downside is that the MC literally asked the ex he wants to date her which is something I’ve realized in these ex bf gf stories Kanon makes. I mean, I'm glad Tomoki and Kaede got back together after 6 years since their breakup, and Kaede reconciled with Azusa after what happened, but Kaede really was the one at fault here. Instead of talking it out, she vented out her anger on her ex and her younger sister and held onto that anger for years. So maybe now that she realized how petty she was, she can stop being petulant and become a proper girlfriend for Tomoki. It took time, but she needed that time to stop being a tsundere. And now that she's married to Tomoki, she can finally become a better person who talks about their problems instead of doing something reckless and unnecessary.

Yeah no, the ex is entirely to blame for this. First off, the little sister was like 10 when that kiss happened, so it's no surprise he didn't make a big deal about it. She was a kid acting like a kid. Second, she just kept forcing herself into his life without asking for permission until he gave in. Third, she never really learned from her mistake of the past considering she kept dragging it around (she'll definitely bring it up during arguments when they're married). All in all, it would've been a happier end had the MC not gotten together with her again. None of that "make up for six years" baloney. Just him finding someone new occasionally hanging out with the sisters platonically.

I am not surprised that the MC did not think the FMC ex-GF cared about him. I think it was immature and foolish that the FMC blamed her little sister for the break-up but honestly she did say she was immature back then. Kaede is absolutely ridiculous! Instead of going up to her boyfriend at the time and talking to him, and getting his side of the story about what happened, she decided to believe what she saw with her own two eyes. Keep in mind that her sister at the time was a little kid so if her boyfriend on purposely did that that would be very wrong. But the fact that the sister did that in her sleep shows that she didn’t have control over Eden probably had some sleeping issues which is not her fault. The boyfriend probably was taken aback by this action, and didn’t know how to react. But overall it is Kaede’s fault for the destruction of the relationship. She decided to be all call, distant and aggressive towards him and when she brought up the idea breaking up, he did the right thing and said “OK let’s break up”. The guy should’ve called her out on her BS before she brought up that conversation but when you’re a teenager you do a lot of stupid things and probably don’t think a lot about certain stuff.

If Tomoki asked my counsel, I'd told him to one, not allow Kaede to provide him any assistance during his post hospital discharge and get another visiting nurse to come if that's his wish and able to do so. And two, I'd have rejected her completely, never getting back together with her for any reason as it doesn't merit more sorrow in his life if the next small slight causes another blow up for him and yet ANOTHER breakup. If she fails to abide by the C and E his lawyer would contact the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare to make a complaint about her as a nurse and file criminal charges with the police department and if needed obtain a protection order from the district court. Yeah I'm long winded I admit but I like to be thorough in explaining my line of reasoning, so I am apologetic for this thesis.

We don't see her having done much, if any, personal growth here(still bottling up emotions and simmering/exploding anger at people) If she went to therapy to work on her anger issues/repressed emotions, showed true remorse, and discussed it with me without the sister's intervention, then maybe.
