Actually I blame momoka for this situation. She dates a known player, continues to date him after seeing him flirting with other women, then seeks revenge and involves the main character in this ridiculous self made situation, goes all out trying to get revenge, and they both changed their looks entirely for the specific reason of getting the player's validation. This is a good story but in reality the best course in this situation would be to just move on. In short, I think momoka used the main character as a scapegoat and then a plan B nice guy boyfriend since she couldn't get the player to commit to her. My advice to the main character is to cut contact with momoka, if all it takes is a smooth talker to get her attention then this relationship is effectively doomed to fail.

Also he's the one who put the idea into her head to begin with (not that her emotions wouldn't have helped her come to that thought eventually anyway, but he did push the grieving process up a stage or 2). So if anything Kuzumi was right when he stated that a more childish bf would suit her better, as they both get closer while following a plan that daddy Kratos would 100% deem childish, and I'd take the word of a man who regerets killing his entire family tree because one relative tricked him over 2 highschool kids who feel a lil bad towards another kid

The 1st part was realistic. The bad guy was complaining that his ex didn't give him enough skinship or in better terms didn't have sex with him. This kind of stuff and break ups happen a lot though author overdid with the villain act. But actually what the villain told holds truth: Find a less mature person as your boyfriend. Considering that they thought to look more mature they thought about changing hairstyle's and clothes is childish. Playboy has already gotten used to having sex with people so degrading to a woman who you have to wait for hell knows how long is a regression in his mind, especially when he knows that some women will do willingly and happily. Gonna be honest if he didn't degrade her and act childish (the unrealistic part) and just told her: Listen let's break up, you and me are not on the same page, i expect more from our relationship and you cannot provide that, you better find someone with the same mindset as you or a timid guy who expects you take a first move i.e. when you are ready to cover all bases. A lot of people who start relationships in high school expect to have sex along the way (boys especially).

In reality almost no one ever does what the villain has done, i've only seen 5th graders doing this (pretending to date and pretending to understand what dating means). In high school nobody would do this like he did. I mean a real playboy knows how to flirt, how to start relationship and how to end it too. Normally playboys breakup naturally or create a situation where a girl breaks up with them. They know that pissing off the wrong girl can destroy your playboy "career" since girls social network is wide. They usually do it gracefully so that even ex girlfriend sing praises to them, that's how usually playboys operate.
