Manga First Impressions: Elfen Lied

I need to buy this series. It was the first seinen manga I read and now it's finally published in English. Just for the nostalgia I need to pick this up.

While I LOVE the anime with a burning passion, I especially love the art style for the manga. I'm not a big manga person but man after seeing the art styles & creativeness of the manga for Elfen Lied makes me want to crave it for more, I especially feel the same for To Love-Ru.

In Mexico we got this series circa 2009, my best friend loves it, it´s enjoyable and it has a actually good ending even if it gets really weird, also the art gets better towards the end

@@FlipOtaku We got it because the anime got very popular here. And also, I said good but is nothing mind blowing, anyway I hope it sells well so you can get his other works, gokukoku no brynhildr is suposed to be very good.

i have the opportunity to buy the whole of berserk for £265. do you think I should do it. the reason im considering it is because dark horse, in my opinion have seen that the deluxe editions are doing good and have been very sly and raised the price of the deluxe editions by about £10. this means that if I buy all of the deluxe editions it will cost almost £400. what do you guys think I should do?

I would jump on that deal! The deluxe editions are doing Great but it’s dark horse, they might cancel :/ all 39 volumes for that is amazing

It's weird because the way it's spelled looks like it says "Elfen Lie'd".
