You should check out Look Back or Dandadan, they're both pretty recent and popular rn. They're both part of the Shounen Jump+ serializing and first came out last year.

Love Nest is really good. Its a spin of to Sayonara Game and Change World which is one of my favorite BL. But the vibe is different of course.

My love story anime loved it, and would be happy ending it there. The manga goes a lot farther but the writing seemed so whack like just making drama to make drama for an exciting ending - recommend reading online before making choice to collect
