If you're doing a lot of cardio reduce the duration of it, also prioritise calorie dense foods like crackers (doesn't have to be fast food). Instead of your normal sodas, try smoothies and protein shakes (good way to fit in extra calories without killing your stomach). If your appetite sucks lay off the caffeine, it's an appetite suppressant. Having a mid-workout snack like a protein bar sneaks in extra free calories while also keeping you energised throughout the workout without too much bloat. A fitness horror episode? That's unexpected. Thumbnail looked crazy like the grudge here. the art style and character design was last seen 9 days ago. I was getting sekai no fushigi vibes from a year ago called "I started hitting the gym, and then..." mixed with 3 months ago called "I was eating beansprout bento when I was called poor" just for the similar job scene from beginning and the end. It's a first here. Kanabara's change of hairstyles suited her well. Usually, I wouldn't see a "ripped" person with this drawing style but this it, they CLEARLY showed it with the mc here and the fmc (which is weird when she looks skinny but ripped on lifting scenes). Not gonna lie but I need to get back in shape myself too🤣. When you reach your 30s, it's a REAL struggling. With that being said, one thing I need to ask but was she really trying to be a comic book artist? If so, why wasn't there any moments of her doing her comic all throughout this episode? I think that part shouldn't have been added if she wasn't gonna be artist. It's good that she decided to work with daisuke because I was gonna say that she doesn't have another job lined up than being a "comic book artist" as you can't rely on that alone and not have another job lined up. At least this did good unlike yesterday.

Dude may know about nutritional effects to a stable body, but not one like hers in a crashed state..... Could have made her worse than before her being hospitalized.
