Kori Gassi Recipe:
For Masala Paste: Roast the ingredients
Oil - 1 tbsp
Byadgi Chilli/Kashmiri Chilli - 12nos
1 large Onion (sliced)
Garlic - 6-7 flakes
1 inch ginger
curry leaves
1 large Tomato
Rice -1 tsp
Cloves - 5 nos
Cardamom -3 nos
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Peppercorns 1/2 tsp [7-9] or as per the spice tolerance
Fenugreek Seeds - ¼ tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1.5 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Coconut (grated) - 1 Cup [vole]
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Tamarind Water - 1 marble size
Other Ingredients:
Ghee - 2 tbsp
oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 sliced
Chicken (curry cut) - 1 kg
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Potatoes : 1 no s
Salt to taste
Water - 1 Cup- masala water
seasoning:
Ghee -2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 20 nos
onion - 1
