You have done good recipe but what about fat we have to remove or to keep.

Hi, when we boil meat on high flame water release from meat.. Later stages it absorbs when meat is done... Not so much fat (oil) when I cook. If you take more fat pieces then you will have oil. Take a mix meat (flesh and fat) incase if its more then pls discard.

Hi Ashwin, Wild Boar meat takes longer time to cook. You have to first marinate and pre-boil the meat in pressure cooker, later follow the same process as per recipe. 🙏
