Hi dear, if its English or country (ghaty dukor) pork.. Have to check. If you bought the hard skinned meat then its very difficult to cook in the normal vessel, instead you have to use pressure cooker.. If you use cooker do not add shindap alongwith the meat.. Later when you transfer into normal vessel, can add shindap.

It's pork I buy in dubai that is English pork is only available here

So you have to first cook only fat in the cooker.

Hi mam kindly tel me if I have to mix cucumber ( moge ) for the pork wether same ingredients or different. When should I add cucumber
@cookwithkavitaskitchen4 ай бұрын
Hi dear, ingredients will remain the same. Cook moge separately with less water as moge releases its water. Moge should be boiled only 75%.Once meat is cooked, just prior adding final vinegar (sour) and salt add moge.. Then let it boil for few minutes as moge need to combine with meat & pork. Later adjust the salt and sour as per your taste. If you cook alongwith pork then curry will be watery. Hope I've answered you. Happy cooking.

Hi, Royan Shindap should be double : onion,garlic, ginger and chillies.. Masala to grind : coriander 4 tbsp. 2 tsp cumin.. Rest all take double..Red Chillies add more but depend on your spice limit. Still any clarification, let me know.

Hi Marilyn, I have taken 1 kg of Pork. also no need of marination, you can add directly the ingredients. Instead of Readymade Bafat powder we can grind masala and prepare delicious pork curry.
