Only house placement of Mars is not enough to comment. Rashi and impact of other planets too is required to make proper comment. With this info and some assumption I will say yes your over activity in home (4th house) related matters and his over activity in your matters (7th house) is going to make you people think that other partner is bossy and want things in own way ..... Quite possible. Discussion and checking own behaviour with acceptance of own behaviour too and willingness to improve from both side will help.

That part will be covered while explaining Nakshatra and Nakshatra Pada. Each Pada is of 3 degree and 20 min and each Pada has different flavour (nature/ property). When they get mixed with planets then the composite property of planets and Nakshatra classified at each Pada level will be worth to know. After some time... on this channel.

1. Retro Saturn's Mahadasha which is placed in 7th house was unfavorable. Mars's aspect was causing confusion too. Saturn is slow and old age planet while Mars is young and fast moving planet.... together causing friction in every walk of life. 2. 7th lord Venus is placed 8th from 7th house which is 2nd house of kundli. 8th house also represent Sasural or In-Law's place. 7th lord there is with Rahu, giving Rahu styled obsession in some marriage (Venus) and 2nd house (family, money, speech) things, not good for 7th house /marriage. 3. 9th house represent second marriage too. By that time Mahadasha was changed. It was Mercury's time and Mercury is also aspecting 9th house. 9th house lord is 4th from its place. I can see some health issues only after this marriage but rest all will be stable and fine.

Certain things are not written by Rishis but later on the basis of strength of Mars in kundli different people keep giving different names ranging from Aanshik, Weak, Manglik, Strong, Double and such more terms. All are just names ..... They impact nature of person first and after knowing it anyone can work on himself / herself first. Marrying after that will take care of all such terminology. Marrying with such nature (impacted by Mars like violent, always fighting) will anyway impact marriage and other relations too.
