with very high level of tension, I made it today..the reason behind this tension was users' comments...two of them said they had already tried it, but the fluff was missing....rest were saying, they "will" make it. since in the video, it looked more than perfect, i decided to give it a try this afternoon..it was as soft as a cottonball!!! i made a little modification though...i used 50% oil, 50% butter...and a few drops of vanilla essence. it was sooo tasty!

I baked it just now and it came out superb. It was literally gigantic, so soft & fluffy, almost melted in mouth. Out of all the youtube channels I follow this is one channel that never disappointed me. Whatever I cooked following this channel never went wrong. I wish I could upload a pic of the cake here.

I have tried the lemon cake. It's my 1st try on lemon cake & my family loved it. It's so delicious. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Now I want to try this mango recipe. As my loaf pan is 9.5", I'll increase the portions to 1.5x so that the cake is not so flat.

I made a cake using this recipe, only modification I did was use ready mango pulp instead of mango, I used lesser sugar than that mentioned in the recipe as the pulp has sugar in it. Cake came out really good.. this recipe is good for decorating cake. I decorated my cake with whipped cream. Thank you for the recipe!

It is in the oven now. I will tell you the blended liquid part alone was to die for! I kept dipping into it and had to stop myself! Now, I happened to use dark brown C & H sugar, all I had on hand, and I used yogurt mixed with water, not having milk.
