Mango Cake, SIMPOL!

Ingredients :
Set A:
3/4 cup + 2 Tbsps. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Set B:
1/2 cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup mango juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Set C:
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3 Tbsps. granulated sugar
Mango Buttercream
1 cup salted butter, at room temperature
1 can condensed milk (396 ml)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup mango puree
6 Tbsps. powdered sugar

I've made this cake twice and it's been such a hit! None of the other mango cake recipes I've found online actually use mango in the cake and frosting. This one is out of this world. I tried doubling the recipe and dividing the batter into three 9 inch pans and it worked great! Ended up with a beautiful 3 tier cake! Thank you so much for the recipe!
