Ingredients:
For the Meringue
Set A:
7 egg whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
½ cup granulated sugar
Set B:
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 ¼ cups cashew nuts
For the frosting:
Set A:
7 egg yolks
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup rum
Set B:
2 cups Lurpak Soft Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt

1 cup cashew nuts
