Hi precious they can substitute heavy whipping cream for coconut cream I did and it was really great 👍 I don’t use dairy because of personal reasons,but the coconut cream work just the same

Whenever I go to Puerto Rico to visit family the first thing I do is go to the ice cream shop for Corn ice cream. You must try it. I think you could do it by using a can of creamed corn.

Hi precious we got plenty whipping cream at our supermarket here in grenada west indies and girl I am making ice cream every week end for my family I use my blender to do all my mixtures no problem it comes out creamy nicely so delicious thank you very much 🎉

Hi precious I just want you to know I did blend the whipping cream then put it in a bowl then I add cold sweetened condensed milk vanilla a little food coloring then mixed-up all together then I taste it pour over to my ice cream container place in the freezer for 8 hours and it's eating ice cream yes this is true the blender does it's work

A blender would work but the point between your whipped cream turning to butter is seconds. I'm going to try your recipe as soon as possible!

If you don't have a hand mixer. If you have a metal bowl put it in the fridge before hand beating the heavy whipping cream. It makes it a little easier.

Hi Leehoy, do you mean already whipped cream? You could use whipping cream - the one you buy as a liquid then whip up to be thick. Does this help?
