TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Kashmiri Pickle | Kashmiri Aam Achar | Sweet Mango Pickle Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Raw mango 300gm
Washed well
Dry red chili
Remove seeds
Cut like thin ring
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Melt the sugar
Add mangoes
Ginger slices 1 tbsp
Mix well
Cook until boil
Boil for 5 mins
Dry chili
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Shake the pan (do not use any spatula)
Cook until Transparent the mangoes
Sugar syrup turns thick
Let it cool down
You can store it for 10-12 month
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
