Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Ripe mangoes (peeled and sliced)
1 cup Yogurt
3/4 cup Ice or cold water
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar or honey
Note:
1) You can use any mango variety you get.
2) Adjust sugar as per your choice and sweetness of mangoes.
3) If mangoes are not in season, you can still enjoy this lassi by using canned mango pulp, or frozen mango pulp easily available in Indian stores.
