1. As a step parent it is a difficult spot to be in, but if the actual parent wants her out I would back that decision and action and be in full support. I'm with Cam though. I would totally speak my concern and let it be known that I can't tolerate too much disrespect in a place I call home.

I agree to advice on talk with Husband and allows him to tell His daughter. Mango letter 2 : Having a daughter that is tender headed, finding a stylist that can do you kids hair for 1 year. Yeah going keep going but setting Boundaries if he cross again then I'll cut all ties. I wouldn't let my husband know till 2nd time crossed. I don't want to know every time Women hit on my man 1st time and shit it down. But if he shares or I all for it.

For the 2nd letter- You would need to tell him you’re happily married. Tell your husband and find a new hairdresser because it’s inappropriate on the stylist part and he may Jack up they hair because of the rejection. It will also be awkward.

Wow, this was heavy .. so I’m no psychologist, but let’s call a thing a thing. 16 years estranged and the father didn’t check that.. 1 of 2 things are happening: - childhood trauma .. i.e. the father was abusive to her or her mother in some way OR the mother and stepfather were abusive and your husband didn’t remove her from the situation. (Yes, an abuser can be abusive to one partner and not the next) OR - this young woman has mental illness (severe depression, bipolar, etc.) and nobody in the family addressed this with good medical care. My take is, carrot 🥕 and stick. She stays ONLY if she is seeing a therapist in and taking any prescribed meds AND working to save money AND treating all members of the family with respect even if the dad did do wrong. Common courtesy is the bare minimum and clean up after herself. It is a months possibly years or more - long investment but it’s about her healing.

Sorry everybody but hell no I would not put up with a grown woman stepdaughter controlling and disrespecting our home with a minor in the house that might follow her footsteps she has no job no money that's her problem she's not a child . That's why she does what ever she wants in the house cause daddy let's her and still supports her. And I see why her mom and family don't want her around. As for stepmom I would throw stepdaughter OUT before it gets worst and it will . And if daddy don't like it throw him out to . Well that's my opinion. I saw this happen to my friend with her stepdaughter she left her husband cause their kids were starting to act the same way I miss my friend. She went thru alot of problems also ...Pat and Cam this topic really got to me

They need to give her boundaries and rules for staying at there house and let her know he got to go if she don’t follow them.
