My grandfather was a big fan of this ...bellam aavakaya .....and its so nice to see you making it with all the love ..........charan would definitely love it . actually after watching this even we made it at our home (ofcourse we avoided chickpeas and garlic). After reading all comments, 1. Those mangoes are from their farm, possible to get them during lockdown 2. She's using gloves, blender only for this time, she did mentioned that even if you disagree, it's safe to wear gloves now 3. She's a left hander so it's pretty normal for her to use it while transferring to jaadi 4. Senagalu or chenigalu both are right, and so she is. 5. The main point which many argue is about her English, it's totally her choice. Simply ignore her videos and search for Telugu recipes 😊👍

All the powders we used in this pickle are sun dried or dry roasted.. Raw material we used in this pickle are raw mango pieces and jaggery.. They both have moisture in it. So before mixing them into pickle gravy we coat them in oil to increase the shelf life of pickle.
