After reading all comments, 1. Those mangoes are from their farm, possible to get them during lockdown 2. She's using gloves, blender only for this time, she did mentioned that even if you disagree, it's safe to wear gloves now 3. She's a left hander so it's pretty normal for her to use it while transferring to jaadi 4. Senagalu or chenigalu both are right, and so she is. 5. The main point which many argue is about her English, it's totally her choice. Simply ignore her videos and search for Telugu recipes 😊👍

We mix all powders with mango pieces, n when the mixture is done perfectly with Hand, then we pour enough oil. Need not worry much about longevity... It will last long as there is no water involved 😊

The color of the pickle will depend on the karam used. But then again, Bellam Avakaya is always darker in color than regular Avakaya.
