Steam 3 Green Mangoes
Steam For 10 Min.
Cool Down
Peel the Skin
Collect the Pulp
Pour in blender
½ cup sugar
18-20 Mint Leaves
½ Cup Water
½ Tspn Black Salt
2-3 Drops Green Food Color
Blend Well
Pour in Ice Cream Mould
Insert Ice Cream Stick
Keep In Freezer For 6-8 Hours
