@@ottawatinygarden this is the mold by Pavoni Italia called Lampone . If you google it you will definitely find stores where is it available

To cover my mini cakes in this video I use single-action siphon feed airbrush with a 0.8mm tip. You can find the picture of it in the community section (just scroll down my posts in that column)
