TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Tutti Frutti Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Mango Fruit Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
1 mango
Make mango puree
Mango puree 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Mango flavor 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Tutti frutti 1/4 cup
Flour 1 tsp
Mix well
7 inch mould
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Tutti fruiti on top
Preheated a pan for 5 mins on medium flame with stand
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Tried this recipe today but the top portion of the cake after being baked for 45 minutes did not rise as expected and the top portion is also kind 3/4th done. I think it needed to be on the gas for another 10 minutes. But the bottom of the cake is well baked.
