Waiting for my Mun Kun Si from Tropical Acres Farms, a newly grafted pair, for my front yard because they look beautiful and their fullness and slow growth habit make them prize landscape trees for the front yard! I have designs on serving the fruit green as a vegetable with a medium strength quacamole-type sauce with baby shrimp or a lime ginger beef and soy sauce!

that's why I planted mine in my front yard

Nam Doc Mai gets hit by Powdery Mildew (PM) annually for me; it still sets fruit after I treat the PM by spraying w/ garden hose. My Maha Chanooks... no PM issue. Lehigh Acres, FL I also have Maha growing in Siguatepeque, Honduras.

When I went by Tropical Acres farm this past late summer, I was told that their Chocanon had died and there wasn't plans to replace it at the time.

I remember around 2 years ago buying mangos from my local grocery store they were ginormous! Like 9-10 inches long, probably closer to the 2lb range. Pleasant taste. Never did get the variety name but wish i knew what it was. They were the hugest i've ever seen. Might of had the word mammoth on it, IDK.

The Thai ever bearing tree has a relaxed leaf.
@SoulSeeker770Ай бұрын
I believe that the thai overbearing is typically eaten green. I have never seen it eaten ripe.
