Probably not, because he's execution-proof and has a shotgun with infinite ammunition To kill him without weapons you have to eliminate all his henchmen, then you can use a head or a brick to throw at him and make him dizzy, until you eliminate him... but having the motor coordination to do all that to him with a brick is too difficult...
