I used to think that the Cerberus were stronger than the SWAT team, but the SWAT SMG does more damage than the Cerberus assault rifle. If you get hit with the SMG, you’re basically guaranteed to go down.

The CCPD officers were corrupt cops. Still, i kinda felt bad for killing them. The SWAT guys, as far as i know, they were just doing their job, so, yeah, they were innocent.

When I was playing the game I thought all the cops and SWAT are just as corrupt as Gary Schaffer. But after paying some attention to their dialogues, you can see that some of these guys were just doing their job and not even knowing about all this madness.
