The reason slaking was loafing around was due to its ability truant Truant makes it so slaking can only use moves every one turn Slaking has stats of legendary but it's ability makes it so even in smogons lowest tier people barely use it

Just a fact. if you got rid of slakings ability which you can in battle. It would be so strong that It could probably defeat regirock and regiggigas 2v1 or just on point with primal groudon. It has the highest non legendary or mythical stats that you want.
