Mani kozhukatai is a small balls sundal like snack which is called as ammini kozhukattai or mani kolukatai or kozhukatai sundal which can be prepared as neivethiyam on vinayagar chaturthi. This is a very healthy dish as very little amount of oil goes into the preparation hence it makes for a healthy and light snack. They can be made both sweet or spicy depending on your preference.
