idk why people always complaining about what Nick is saying. I tune in every week just to hear bro yap, that’s the whole point

Couldn’t agree more. When he’s not in OpTic “we miss Nick bring Nick back!” When he’s actually healthy and doing well “I’m tired of hearing Nick talk” Optic fans seem to hate optic at times lmfao

think a lot of the roasting of Nick is general ball busting because the community likes him, that being said Maniac is the kind of guy to share all this stuff on a first date....

Maniac, If you want shin splints to go away, roll them out everyday. Take 15-20mins to roll them out you be good. Also do some exercises such as tippy toeing a distance then walking on your heels back. You want to be strengthen your shin muscles. You also need to slowly get back to running so run for however long you can until it hurts. Once it hurts you know your max and slowly increase it every week.
@connorjamersonАй бұрын
Maniac needs to hear this. Just start making videos/vlogging and uploading. Maniac content is always entertaining to me no matter what it is. I feel like hes just too worried and lets his head get to him about the fear of looking bad or whatever. Its all in his head. Smh. But his content and views are so relatable and awesome to watch imo
@ransom888Ай бұрын
I will never not enjoy Nick over sharing and repeating subjects. I will never get tired of Hitch being incredibly passionate about something. I will most importantly never get mad at watching my favorite two brother have a weekly (unless SOMETHING happens) Therapy talk. I think this is the closest an only child has gotten to “brotherly love”, getting to see two close people be there and understand each other. Flycast is by far the best cast

Hitch has seen the light of Elden ring… greatest feeling of adventure I’ve ever experienced. Beyond the rage, beyond the world depth, beyond the triumph, it’s the feeling of freedom to take on whatever challenge you feel ready for combined with the scale of the world makes it the greatest RPG to me… besides the Witcher 3

100%. Dark Souls 3 was my first game and while I loved it, i felt overwhelmed playing that game just cuz I never played something like it. Same feelings going into Elden Ring, but something about this game, everything clicked and now Im more invested in ER's world and story compared to the other souls games

I actually like Hitch’s idea of KZbin OpTic run club or some sort of OpTic health channel. So many of us are in the same mental boat in life and just want to improve. Motivation can ignite by watching or being apart of the process and watching like-minded people push through these obstacles and achieve some amazing things. Green wall is legit a family and we’re all in this together. Good health and relationships in life are so important so if we can include that I think only good things will manifest.

All I got to say is if you’re smoking consistently. You gotta get the munchies in order before you partake. Make sure you got the healthy snacks and food before bc it’s inevitable you’ll start to get hungry. That’s why so many people have a problem, they smoke then get too “lazy” or anxious to make food for yourself. I’ve had this problem myself trust me, get healthy food before.

I think OpTic run club is a fantastic idea for a youtube channel, do it. It sucks that Niac is so self-conscious that he'll never make the vlog channel of his dreams. Hope he finds his way through it, the guy has talked in every episode for years that he wants to do a fitness channel but he doesn't already look like Chris Hemsworth so he'll just never do it.

My fastest mile time ever was in high school after staying up all night getting absolutely hammered with friends. Showed up and ran a 5:50 😢😂 just wanted to get it over with so I started running and then just tried to push as far as possible so I’d have less to walk and eventually after struggling I was like damn I can probably make it to the end, caught a second wind and finished strong 😂

Was coming here for this comment. The trick is to get “healthy” snacks and food before you partake. The problem most people have is the get “lazy” or paranoid or anxious and don’t want to get food while high or make it. That’s why you resort to ordering door dash, It’s easy and simple and most the time don’t have to get in contact with another human being.
