Nat's voice never disappoints. She always starts a bit reserved but she really let go towards the end of the song. The look she gives Jack is of a woman very much in love. Jack is having way to much fun as usual! Fantastic cover. They didn't try to re-invent the wheel on this one and I love it.

3:50 Nataly looking at Jack - hot devilish grin from a cool different look. Three keyboards! Jack's so far into this all you can see are the soles of his feet. Also, the mixing on this is great. All of the musicians Pomplamousse hires are top notch and get paid what their talent is worth which is another thing I like about Nataly, ethics. The background singer is fabulous.

Pomplamoose is pure musical magic and aural joy. They bring new life to classic covers and their originals are equally gratifying. There is something gentle and pure about Nataly’s vocal, and at the same time, powerful and provocative, forever with a young sweetness that runs deeper than you expect. I feel a satisfaction listening to them that I don’t experience in the mainstream music of 2022. I adore Pomplamoose and hope they never stop teaching others what real music is.

You folks are great. Michael Sembello wrote this song. He studied with the late Pat Martino on guitar. Michael is part of the philly sound and he started out in Stevie Wonder's group. The guitar solo, which you have omitted is also reflective of a song Stevie wrote for Syreeta Wright - his ex- Cause We've Ended As Lovers- famously recorded by Jeff Beck and Syreeta separately. Thought you might like to know some of the history and maybe address( include) that in your future performances. Love all your work.
