Hello everyone, I changed the 8h tapes up a bit, because there were requests for subtitles. In the first round, I inserted the affirmations like in my short tapes. After the first round, the screen goes dark, so it is distraction free for those of you who want to use it for sleeping. Hope that compromise works for everyone 🙂
