You know, that's exactly where I am- I just feel all over the place, exhausted, tired even though I have been doing absolutely nothing... and I just couldn't figure out why. I know what I should do and I start doing them byt then can't stick to them and then get stressed and re plan everything and try to stick to that... I have been thinking what is wrong with me, my energy did not come to my mind. Thank you so much for that❤

I love your channel!!! This was great!!! To honor your request: My morning routineI is to wake up at 5 daily, I grab a book and turn on my book light and read for 30 minutes( up to an hour on off days), I make my bed, meditate and do yoga. After yoga I drink some warm mineralized water and go out to watch the sun rise, journal and read some more. I do this for about 30 minutes then take my shower and drink a bit more water. Very relaxing and it makes me feel so full and centered. Just recently started scripting as well. ❤

I needed to hear this message today. My energy is way off track right now. Aside of absorbing other people's NEGATIVE ENERGY, I have been helping others more than focusing on myself and I have let myself go in so many ways. And as you said, I got out of my morning meditation rituals and taking care of myself first. My thoughts are that if you can't help yourself then you aren't going to be able to help others anyways.
