Love this! 💖 I have had the experience while manifesting my sp (marriage and a happy home with his children) that I felt inspired to learn how to cook! It never interested me before, but I suddenly found myself drawn to youtube recipes and was actually enjoying the experience of preparing and cooking food which I never had before! Luckily (like you Shelly! lol) my sp is a great cook so its not something I felt I HAD to do or get "better" at....but while I was cooking I kept getting lovely images of us being in the kitchen together cooking.....or an inner conversation just naturally popped up with him saying "wow, that was delicious" or the children asking me to "make my famous pancakes" etc....these ARE the things I would be doing, living with and married to my partner. It didn't feel like "work" ....just inspiration and there was definitely enjoyment in doing it which put me in the state of my wish fulfilled without even "trying"! 🥰

Thank you Shelly for your content. I am someone who has manifested big things effortlessly in the past but with an incomplete understanding of exactly how. Over the last year or two I’ve been exploring deeply conscious manifesting and your channel plus a couple others have helped a lot to clarify. When my beliefs are aligned, I can then easily intend and imagine the state of the wish fulfilled. From there things just land in my lap. I don’t have to work or strain for it, I do take action when it feels natural, fun and flowing. If things feel a bit “stuck” it’s usually because I’m tired, in a low vibe and/ or a limiting belief is popping up… I now know that instead of working harder I need to rest, relax and work on the belief.. things always flow again. It’s Magic!!

Thank you Shelley. It took me a long (long) time to “undo” the “works” part of, faith w/o works is dead. And thank God for the coaches talking about it on YT or I would’ve been in an endless cycle, full of self-condemnation that I wasn’t “doing” enough and how dare I think I should expect anything. But I STILL struggle w/it - bc the minute I feel like I understand it, I go back to, maybe I’m just kidding myself that I don’t have to do a bunch of stuff in the name of manifesting. But I think I get now that the idea isn’t so much, let me go for a run so that I can lose weight, as it is, Wow, I really feel like going for a run today. Same action, completely different motivations. You’ve done this topic before and all I can say is, it never gets old. I can’t remind myself enough of this perspective. Big hug!

My old belief system was a lot like: I only manifest when I do something or I can't manifest when I choose to do nothing and just chilling :-D But this kind of manifesting was so exhausting! Now I choose to do whatever feels right at the moment for me. Even when I just want to watch tv at home. I am worth receiving my manifestation or my wish even when I do "nothing" and it feels sooooo good !! Im done doing it the old way. Its so much juicier to just be and see what happens:-)

I wanted to share a personal experience which I think some people will resonate with. A few nights I was truly able to feel the essence of my inner child. I was laying in bed and saw something extremely triggering on my person’s social media page. There was so much pent up anger and hurt inside of me that needed to be let out so I actually started screaming out loud. I was begging to be loved and wanted and appreciated. It was like the little me was finally able to release everything she had endured. All of a sudden I felt this deeper consciousness, like my higher self was hearing my inner child begging for love. I felt so bad that I had put myself through that suffering. It was almost like observing a small child in pain. I instantly started affirming “I see you, I hear you, I am here for you”. The next morning I felt lighter. First time anything like this has happened in my life. I hope this can reach somebody out there. Shelly, you have been so much help and I think starting your “Free Yourself” course last week marked a huge turning point in my life. Thank you for all that you do for us on this channel. You have helped me so much. xx

I absolutely think it's true when we just do inner work to manifest without action. I've learned this fact during covid 19 lockdown. Well what would the natural thing for me to do with my SP if I'm claiming to be her husband. Spouses have certain rights and access to people. What would the natural thing to do if I'm claiming to live in my dream house. Wouldn't I have access to that property if I believe I live there.
