This is great video, thank you. Everything is true... I did my SC years and years and finally got what I wanted but my SP wasnt in that state so he started to feel not good enough to me whic was his state of mind because he felt onzimidated by my confidence. We broke up and he came back after 3 months, he felt guilty and wanted to make amends. I thought he will sugest revonciliation but then I found out he has another girl who he dated one day after our breakeup... She was the reason... I feel bad and my SC lowerred because he again choose her even he told to me and her he still loves me. What is this? Can you reffer your opinione on this situation, please...

You still have him on pedestal. Where his behavior determines your worth and value. Shift that. You determine your worth and value. Not him. Focus on you. Your concept of self… whether the notion of whether he stays or goes doesn’t matter. Because you know your worth.

I know my worth. During our relationship I was the strong principe woman and he couldnt stan that, he felt suffoccated. But, before me, all women left him feelling he was not good enough. We were engaged when he met other, but during our relationship he emotionaly cheated me with his ex. He told me he loves us both but he doesnt want to be with me. How can this be fixed? My SC was low but recent I am startong to feel better but still angry and sad because of his betrayal.
