that’s not manifesting… that’s just working hard, and whatever comes through that determination and hard work comes. you can do all that hard work, etc. and nothing but a daily grind comes of it. definition of manifesting/manifestation: is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief… whether you work hard or not. i’ve seen people manifest what they want into their lives without even lifting a finger; and i’ve seen people work hard all their lives through blood and sweat and never manifest anything but a steady pay check… which is what most of us need only to survive

I manifested I would loose weight in a short period of time say 6 weeks I lost 30 pounds in those 6 weeks by manifesting on my way to the gym, I would tell my self “I’m loosing weight, I’m reaching my goal” as I would say it out loud….. in my mind I would agree and say “yes you are” After reaching my goal I was so happy and proud of myself. I smoked 2 packs of cigerettes a day for 20 years. I cried that i was a slave. I cried i could never quit i cried it cost too much. And complained i was fed up coughing. Then I went into a calm state saying " Im not a slave and im strong!! I told myself not to be hard on myself because its just a habit and habits can be broken!!
