Before I started this meditation, I opened my blinds up (It’s before sunrise around 5;45am) and a huge bright orb of light was out in the north west sky. I though it was a reflection from a light in my room. A closer look revealed that it was the moon. Huge. Bright. Glowing. Close. I photographed it and in the photo there are two beams of light that crossed over and thru the center. It was magical. Then I open this meditation and I hear you say to imagine “Orbs of light” in the ocean. More morning magic. This is why I keep coming back to meditation each morning. Specifically yours. I’m always greeted with magic. I feel completely aligned and at peace. With so much gratitude…🙏💕🕊

How beautiful, I wanted to stay on that beach, so filled with gratitude & happiness, which grew with all of the of the white orbs of light coming to me & being absorbed. It’s strange. I’ve always had a vivid imagination, able to concoct all manner of interesting and expressive images; and yet visualizing within meditation has always been difficult. The images are hard to hold steady, constantly shifting and bleeding into one another. But not with this one. These images are quite stable, clear, and vivid. Almost like I’m being welcomed into the place where they exist-so I can see them, feel them, touch them-rather than just me trying to mentally conjure them up. And I really love the net. We’re friends now. I don’t even have to touch her anymore. Just express my desire like requesting a favor and she is happy to help me. This morning as I sat on the beach, my crown open like a white cone of light, all the orbs were flowing into me one by one. And then the pink light rose up out of the ocean, took a female form, smiled, and waved at me. I believe Naiads were specifically fresh water spirits so I’m not sure just what this magnificent being should be called. I’m just glad to have met her. I got the distinct feeling that I had helped somehow. Whether that was just in returning to the water or fulfilling some purpose I don’t know; but whatever it may be I am just so grateful for these meditations and how much joy they bring me each day.
