Exceptions are there like people who have mental illness or terminal illness. Reason is most of them are materialistic and we need to have spiritual mind. Actually if we go by Hindu scriptures, there is no limit on the number of marriages for both men and women. So the Hindu marriage act is by definition incorrect. They should rename it British Marriage act, as it was implement by British to limit Hindu marriages.

Adults men or women should bear the costs of expenses of their lifestyle by their own earnings and also take care of their household activities by themselves. Relationships cannot be a reason to demand the other partner to take the burden of your expenses or household activities. Remove maintenance Law from one adult partner to the other. Yes, only women can become pregnant and bear a child for 9 months. After the child is delivered for one year, the child needs the mother more if the mother is breastfeeding. Nowadays mothers can also pump the milk from their breast into a feeding bottle. Otherwise both man and woman can take care of the baby from infancy. Baby / children of rich or poor parents have the same basic needs. Both fathers and mothers should work to take care of the basic expenses and spend time equally for the welfare of their baby. Family courts have always been extorting money from husbands and fathers and punishing men and fathers with false cases and denying fathers and husbands love and affection. If any JUDGE passes orders to extort more money from father than the mother for the children OR more than half the expenses for basic needs of the children OR or less time to fathers with the children should be fired from his / her job.
