Time has come to avoid Civil Registration marriage in the Civil court before Traditional marriage taking place. Just get married without Civil Registration. This depends on brides and grooms consent to go ahead with Traditional marriage only.. And permission needed from both families and guardians. Hindu Marriage Act 1957 is all scrap and outdated. Couples can sign for Civil Registration only if needed. For example, giving birth to the first child and other legal formalities.

Family Lawyer is saying it is not difficult but if it goes to court definitely it is difficult by just watching existing court recording in youtube where judges are biased from the point 1 where they don't check anything and goes with what presented from female point of view.
