My phone was a brick for a day. I had given up hope. I even thought this was wasn't going to work. Until I noticed device manager, "ports" appearing and disappearing every 15 seconds. It took a few tries of holding both volume buttons and letting go at the right time to get it to stay. Holding too long had it disappear. Thank you very much.

After it connects in device manager, it stays at the bootloader unlocked screen and disconnects from device manager, and the msm program does nothing the entire time. What do I do?

Do not leave the volume up and down buttons until the device connected in MSM tool and then Click on Start after that leave buttons.

Please brother help me to unbrick my oneplus nord phone. I tried both processes. In fastboot rom method it says flashing in critical partition is not allowed, i tried the command to unlock the partitions but it says already unlocked. In MSM tool method device goes to edl mode just for few seconds and turns on into fastboot mode and MSM tool does not detects the device. Please brother help me my phone is just a piece of brick now.
