It’s not the building structure inNAIA that needs to change. Airport needs to be systematic and organized. Not only inside the terminal building but also the Taxis, shuttle buses outside the terminal. The management assumes that all passengers going out of the terminal already know what and where to ride. Very traumatic experience for people who visits Manila for the first time. It also lacks directions. In other countries even if it’s your first time you do not worry because everywhere you look there are directions pointing you where to go. It’s like the Philippine government doesn’t want to spend a penny for that.

I’d say everything needs to be fixed. The whole airport is only designed to have 35 million passengers annually but it is forced go carry over 50 million

This setup is similar to most US airports. What I'm interested is the rent a car pickup . Y'all need to put together all the rent-a car companies in one area and it does not need to be at the airport as long as they have busses evry 15 minutes to bring people to and from the car rental area.. Salamat po!

Yes, Grab has moved its pickup point at NAIA Terminal 3. It’s now located at Level A of the Multi-Level Parking (MLP) building. You can proceed there after exiting the arrivals area

They have 4 terminals in that airport and they have no efficient transfer system between terminals. Too much hassle and time wasted just to get from one terminal to another to catch a flight. Why can't they link these terminals together or make them as one big terminal for all the flights.

I’ve never understood why there’s 2 or 3 or 4 airport terminals in Manila. It makes it confusing for visitors like myself. I agree those terminals appear to be not too far from each other but traffic in that area is horrendous. I remember arriving at the airport 4 hours before departure because of concerns over traffic around that area.

I wonder if it’s walkable from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 because arriving passengers from abroad usually at Terminal 1 and we have lots of baggage’s to carry.

Taxis are readily available at Level 1 Arrival Area, with yellow metered taxis located at Bay 7 or 8
