i was a student in Malolos in 2007 when construction was already going on. we were told that it will finish on 2020 and we thought that is soooooo far. it is now 2024 and not yet finished. i don't even live in PH anymore

@@genossaibo3609 u might be not aware the first project of "Northrail" way back 2007. The project in 2007 is the concept and same route line of the present NSCR project. The northrail project is a project of our former president GMA aiming to revive the abandoned railways system in north luzon. On the other hand, the construction already began in 2007 and it was halted in 2012 as it was allegedly of corruption then the project didn't continue until the NSCR took over and began demolishing some of the parts that have been built by the northrail project, including some rail trackes that have been layed in Caloocan at pati narin mga poste ng tulay ng tren

It’s should be FREE. The government got all the money po to make public transportation, free of charge. Also, extra financial reparations at free land sa mga mawawalan ng lupa

Mas matindi nga sa US eh, ung State Train ng California malapit na mag 20 taon, di pa din nakakakalahati ng buo 😂😂😂😂😂 Tapos ung budget na projected na 33 bilyon dolyar overall na gagastusin noon lumobo na sa 100 bilyong dolyares na walang pang maxado nagagawa hanggang ngayon, ni kahit isang RUTA WALA PA RIN gumagana 😂 Pinaikli pa nga iyon e, ngayon nagagawa pa lang kasing haba ng Railway project na ito, pero at least dito may nagagawa 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
