How is block 10 in first year? I have been allotted block 10. But i would like to to get a room in block 16

Block 10 is an old building. It is not upto the level of block 16

You have AC rooms in 10th and 11th floor. You can opt that also if you have the option. If you don't want top floors,then you can opt non AC rooms.

All the rooms are similar and last year we had AC rooms only in basement, ground floor,10th floor and 11th floor.

Hello bhaiya..... I have three queries pls clear them 1. Does every year there are some seats left in CSE so that students with high cgpa can upgrade their branch or is it like its rare to have vacancy and no matter how high cgpa you get you can't upgrade your branch 2. I am getting EEE in the main campus so can I upgrade my branch if i get high cgpa or first preference will be given to students with CSE related branches 3. In branch change does your MET score or Boars percentage will also matter or only and only your CGPA will matter

Hey! I'm Actually from MIC. I asked one of MIT friend regarding your questions and he has given the answers. 1. Branch change is difficult, you will need high cgpa 9.9,9.8 or 10 for CSE core. Very few people get branch change. 2. If you get a high cgpa your branch might change. Again it is very difficult as only a few people can change their branch. 3. I am not sure but usually people with higher cgpa will be preferred. In case of a tie, your met score and board marks will be considered
