AFSPA is imposed all over the hill districts, the tribals keep quiet and co operate with the govt, when it is re impose in 6 police station in imphal and jiribam mostly the meitei area they shouted Manipur should be made AFSPA free. But the version of manipur is meitei dominated area. Can anybody guess the high handedness of the majoritarian here?

It is beyond one's understanding why central forces are too timid to act against the kuki zo millitants roaming freely with arms in hill areas and why they are very bold and prompt in taking action against arm men in valley areas.

The problem is all the armies who came are all in valley non of them went to hill for this war between the two communities. As well as afspa in hill is just for namesake, they couldn't even go to hill and do operation. If they would have done, how did kuki still having all the big arms with them.
