Speech should be translated into Hindi and other languages so that all the Parliament members understand every single idea and word that he is saying (in their respective languages). The drug problem funded by Khalistanis and other terrorists is getting out of hand in Punjab. Ground water is alarmingly getting depleted. All issues ignored. i feel more and more that india is becoming an Union. And i think this may be bad. See Congress ruled over India. They had good peoples comprising of freedom fighters. Mr. Akoijam has forcefully put forward the sad neglected reality of Manipur in his 8 minute midnight speech in the LS . Manipur which has been on a boil for the past 13 months due the influx of illegal migrants and the drug mafias(Narco Terrorists) who are hell bent on creating a homeland of their own in Manipur by taking advantage of a lax border policy,FMR along the India -Myanmar border which allows unhindered movements from across the border. Coming from a MP in the temple of democracy, the LS such unwarranted over patronising , arrogant comments should be not allowed or entertained. back then in congress rule, there was disagreement of certain people against the central Indian government, owing to the fact that the integration of Manipur in post independence India was not a peaceful one. In the last few years, this issue was mostly resolved. However, due to certain people who are profiting from all this nuisance, it's going out a civil war in Manipur, which never happened before. Know your context before you label Manipur as a "problem state". Double engine sarkar was also there in up, and they shut up vikas Dube and atiq ahmed as fast as possible.
