Mango Mania Chocolate
Ingredients:
Molten Cocoa Butter
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Pistachios
1 tbsp Mango Fruit Filling
Molten White Chocolate
Method:
Take the Poly-carbonate chocolate mold and coat the mold with Molten Cocoa Butter and freeze for 30 seconds.
Prepare the White Chocolate for Casing/Coating as shown in the video.
Now, coat the mold with Molten White Chocolate and freeze for 30 seconds.
Mix Finely Chopped Pistachios with Mango Fruit Filling to prepare the filling of our chocolate.
Now, add the filling to the center of the coated mold and then fill each mold with Molten White Chocolate.
Freeze the Chocolates for 1 minute in the freezer.
Unmold the Chocolates and the delicious Mango Mania Chocolates are ready to serve!
