Had a q: When applying for MPNP, In the eligibility factors, under "Adaptability", there is a section called - Manitoba Demand; one can get 500 points here, if they get nominated through a strategic initiative, or an ongoing 6 months employment. Does one get these points if Manitoba picks your provincial profile? or do we have to find a "strategic initiative" and apply separately, in case we arenot employed in Manitoba. It seems - without these points- only close relatives' points can help one make the current cutoff(i have applied through distance relatives who are present there).

Yes it is some what around 400

You won't be eligible for the Express Entry program with a score of 400, as the current draw cut-offs are in their 470's. I would recommend a PNP or Pilot program that would give you 600 additional CRS points towards your PR application. If I studied in Ontario but work straight away in Manitoba using my 3- yr PGWP, is it possible to get approved there? I see that there is a risk assessment when an applicant studied in another province.
