Hi Jason, the video was comprehensive and gave complete info on Manitoba PNP..could you please guide me on my profile specifically...I've created a exp entry profile in April 2020 with my wife as primary applicant..she has master's degree in IT and has 10 years of experience. We both have IELTS score of 8,7,7,7 . Our CRS score is 430. Hi Jason. Love your videos; highly informative, kudos on the 100K+ subscribers. Had a q: When applying for MPNP, In the eligibility factors, under "Adaptability", there is a section called - Manitoba Demand; one can get 500 points here, if they get nominated through a strategic initiative, or an ongoing 6 months employment. Does one get these points if Manitoba picks your provincial profile? or do we have to find a "strategic initiative" and apply separately, in case we arenot employed in Manitoba. It seems - without these points- only close relatives' points can help one make the current cutoff(i have applied through distance relatives who are present there).
