Being tough on crime and tough on the causes of crime, that’s the approach Premier Wab Kinew says the province is taking to make downtown Winnipeg safer.

I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to Winnipeg. They'd probably hunt me down lol

TOO little, TOO late! I Lived Downtown for years, always felt safe, moved 20 years ago!... NOW, I only go down there if I have an appointment and can't get one ANY where else! NOT safe for disabled people, I've been accosted for money or smokes etc., every single time I've been downtown for the last 2-3 years! Ripped shirts, zippers, glasses broken twice, bruises, etc. Probably because I'm white? I stay away!

CCTV only helps after the fact. Also with the liberals practicing catch and release it doesn't really even help then either.

If there's no indigenous people left - Canada would not be able to recover from such a loss.
